OAESD Executive Committee

OPEN reflects the Oregon spirit of individuals working toward a shared goal. Working in partnership, Oregon's regional Education Service Districts (ESD's), school districts, the Oregon Department of Education (ODE), and the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) formed an Oregon Association of Education Service Districts (OAESD) to coordinate the goal of connecting every Oregon classroom to a computer network. OAESD consists of a general membership and an executive membership. The OAESD Executive Committee includes a total of 16 voting members.

OPEN Operations Committee

The Operations Committee has day-to-day responsibility for running OPEN. Each of the statewide programs has a representative on the Operations Committee as well as each of the four OAESD Zones. The Committe chair is selected by the OAESD President from the Superintendent side for the membership of the Committee. The Operation Committee meets as frequently as necessary and reports to the OPEN Board of Directors.
